The Story of Sapphire
Paimpont forest in modern day France was once called Brocéliandes and home of the enchanter Merlin. Along with King Arthur, Merlin founded the order of the Knights of the Round Table and had the power to make his enemies disappear with one stroke of his heavy sword.
On an autumn evening, the wizard of the woods lay himself down to sleep at the foot of an oak when the fairy Vivian suddenly appeared.
The enchanter was enchanted. With the tip of his sword he drew a circle of flames on the ground and blew upon a sapphire. A palace of crystal sprung from the precious stone into which Vivian and Merlin disappeared. From their love was born Mélusine, the fairy with eyes of sapphire.
A stone of wisdom with deep blue reflections, sapphire maintains wealth and enhances beauty.
Light your candle 2 hours the first time, you will get an even burn.
To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 3 hours at a time.
Before each burn trim the wick to less than 1/4 of an inch, you will avoid any black smoke and residue on the glass.
Always remove wick debris and keep burning the wick in the middle of the container.
If the wick requires centering, gently readjust it to the center when the candle is unlit and the wax is still molten, allow the candle to solidify before relighting.
Burn on a flat, stable fireproof surface.
